Rob

Rob had no idea what he was getting into the first time he helped Mayda carry a sculpture from her car to her studio; just part of the package when dating an art conservator. Before he knew it, he was married to Mayda and running a successful art restoration operation.

Rob has taken Jensen Conservation from a spare-room-one-woman shop specializing in small scale ceramics to one of the major art restoration and preservation outfits in the United States.

An experienced business man, Rob combined his expertise in administration and logistics with Mayda's talents to create Jensen Conservation Services.

Rob serves as Director and Project Manager, overseeing all conservation contracts and field projects. A certified crane operator, he personally sees to the careful transportation of statues, pedestals and other weighty pieces. In addition, he coordinates all on-site rigging, supervises site operations, and performs necessary welding.
